Managing Director of Sales, Mona Long began her career in 1992 with UPS in Oak Brook, IL. In 1995, Mona accepted a promotion in Business Development, serving in roles of Account Executive, Senior Account Executive and Sales Operations Supervisor before receiving a promotion to a Manager in 2002. As an Area Sales Manager, Mona was responsible for training sales professionals to enhance selling skills and increase business acumen to win profitable revenue.
In 2004, Mona relocated to Atlanta, GA accepting an assignments in Corporate Marketing New Product Development, International Area Sales Manager and Global Sales Training Manager. She assisted in developing, launching and facilitating two Corporate International Schools – International Small Package School (ISPS) and International Freight Forwarding School (IFFS). In 2010, Mona accepted a special assignment traveling to Europe to conduct B2C market research. During this assignment she effectively partnered with global alliances and government agencies, and launched several projects and products on time and often before the scheduled launched dates.
By 2012, Mona relocated to Indianapolis, IN, as the Director of Sales in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and Southern Illinois. March 2018, Mona received a promotion and relocated to Nashville, TN as the Managing Director of Sales for UPS in the Mid South District (Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Florida Panhandle). As a Director, Mona is responsible for developing sales professionals to take on greater responsibilities within the organization while exceeding business goals.
Mona has a B.A. from DePaul University and an MBA from National Louis University.
She is a member of the Tocqueville Society for United Way and serves on an Advisory Board for Child Advocates and Engaging Solutions. Mona is a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for Child Advocates. She advocates for the best interests of children in need of service in court and other legal settings.
